Appointments & Walk-ins Welcome

Gift Certificates are Available!

10-DAY GUARANTEE POLICY:

1. There will be no changes in color or design.

2. We are happy to fix your lift, chip, crack, or broken nails within 10 days of service.

3. 10 – day guarantee policy will not be applied to regular polish.

4. Customers are responsible for their choices of color.

5. If you cannot return to our salon within 10 days, please call (804) 678-8686 or (804) 929-5357. We are glad to help resolve your issues.

Our prices

Salon Policy

  • All of our Manicures & Pedicures duration are on our menu. For example, Deluxe Manicures are $65 for 55 minutes. Deluxe Pedicures are $77 for 60 minutes. If your manicure and/or pedicure was rushed and shorter in minutes, please see the Front Desk for a $20 Gift Certificate. 

  • If your Technician did not open a new implement pouch, your tools were not properly sanitized. Please see the Front Desk for a $10 Gift Card. 

  • We have a 10-minute Grace Period before & after your appointment time. If you are late, we will not guarantee service with the same Technician, and you may only reschedule once per day. 

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

  • Children are not allowed in the spa if they are not receiving services. 

  • If children are receiving services, please be specific with the Front Desk on that they can and cannot receive. It is the guardian’s responsibility to pay for any additional upgrades. 

  • All services are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will reperform the service within 3 days. We must be notified on the original day of service. Clients who are unable to return within a given time frame for any reason are not guaranteed compensation. 

  • Our prices are available in our menu. Please reference the process before receiving your services. 

  • If you agree to an upgrade or additional services suggested by the Technician or Staff, you will be responsible for payment based on those changes. 
  • We will not be responsible for allergic reactions due to certain product ingredients or burning due to waxing on clients who are using acne medications, creams, or sensitive skin. 

  • In order to maintain a peaceful and calm environment, we recommend text conversations on your cell phone. Please be courteous to our Front Desk by ending your conversation before speaking to them. 

  • We greatly appreciate your business! If you have any concerns, complaints, or comments, please do not hesitate to consult our Front Desk, so that we can better serve you in the future. We also welcome compliments and praises.

  • Walk-ins Welcome. 

While we encourage scheduling an appointment, we do welcome walk-in clients. However, it is based on availability, and if we are busy, there may be a waiting period, or you might have to schedule an actual appointment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Nail technicians nearly all depend on their appointments to make a living, and when you don’t show up, it’s likely they will not get paid. Technicians will usually understand if you have over-scheduled yourself, and please let them know as soon as you see you aren’t going to make it. The earlier, the better, because there’s a chance that the tech can fill the vacancy with someone on a waiting list or with a walk-in customer 

  • Your appointments are very important to our team. We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide us with 12-24 hour notice. This way, our team of professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly, and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last–minute cancellations, ‘no shows’ or coming late become a habit, you will not be able to book future appointments, but you’re still welcomed for walk-in service. 

  • As a courtesy, we will call, text and/or email to confirm your appointment 2 times: 24 hours and 1 hour prior to your appointment. If we don’t receive a “Confirm” message from you, please understand that your appointment will be canceled. You are always welcome to call and double-check any appointments if you’re unsure. 

  • If you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be canceled.

Late/ Tardiness:

We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our teams’ day by delaying them for their clients who arrive on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 10-minute grace period.

If we are running behind, we will provide a call/or inform when you arrive, if we cannot reach you on the phone or text message. You can do a walk-in service that day. If you decide to reschedule for the next day we are happy to do that for you. If you are not happy with the rescheduling or store credit, we strongly suggest that you should not book an appointment if you can’t wait or be a little flexible. Lastly, we respect all of our clients, so please respect us, and do not book if you are not flexible or in a rush.

  2. Get 10% OFF main services for MEDICAL STAFFS on Monday (Must present Badge).
  3. Get 10% OFF main services for STUDENTS and MILTARY on Tuesday (Must present student ID/ military ID).
  4. Get 10% OFF main services for TEACHERS and SENIORS (Over 65 years old) on Wednesday (Must present ID).
  5. Group party of 6 and up (birthday, wedding, business…) DISCOUNT available.
